Personality: A shy and timid bird, Aria is nonetheless cautiously curious and very affectionate towards those she knows well and trusts. As Molly's starter she initially had a difficult time trusting or approaching other people, but since being surrounded by more outgoing pokémon she's started taking more chances and is more confident in her abilities as well.

Personality: Excited and intelligent - and a peacemaker just as much as a troublemaker, even if he doesn't have a mischievous streak so much as an angle for impulsive curiosity. He wants to be where it's at and know everything that's happening around him, which makes him very outgoing and sociable, if at times easily distracted.

Zigzagoon, "Meeko"

Personality: Named after the raccoon in Pocahontas, Meeko has an accidental amount in common with his namesake; they're both highly self indulgent and kind of gluttonous, and are bad at taking consequences into account. Meeko's easily distracted by shiny things and loves picking things up, whether from the ground or people's pockets, but he knows not to do it when Molly sees or he'll get scolded. In addition to this however, Meeko is also a highly capable fighter. It might have to do with an inflated sense of ego and vanity, but it means he's willing to take more risks to ensure a win than some of the others in the team.

Unfezant, "Feather"

Personality: In many ways Aria's opposite, this bird is all about tough talk and not needing nobody, which especially in the past have made her brash and somewhat difficult to handle. Although initially at a loss how to deal with her, Molly has with Tobias' helped gained a better understanding for why Feather puts up such an aggressive front (she was the smallest bird of her flock before she was caught and now feels the need to prove herself), and since evolving into her final form she's matured a fair bit from when she was an irritable Pidove. She frequently clashes with Meeko, largely because of their similarly sized egos, but has a lot of respect for Jay.

Growlithe, "Ember"

Personality: Not exactly timid, but a fairly quiet, subdued personality all the same. She has a particular fondness for the backpack she hatched in and likes curling up in small spaces. As she's grown a little older and more confident, she's started to become more outgoing, but she still likes to stay by the sidelines before she takes action. She's particularly attached to Blaze, who has been looking out for her ever since she hatched, and is growing up to become quite similar to him in personality.

Amaura, "Jay"

Personality: Molly knew she wanted an ice type ever since she learned about them, so needless to say, when she wound up getting the Amaura egg as a gift, she was very excited. Much like his namesake, Molly's dad, Jay is already proving to be a calm, steady presence on the team despite his young age. He helps keep everybody in line and in good spirits but tends to avoid the spotlight, preferring to work his optimistic, gentle vibes behind the scenes.

Growlithe, "Blaze"

Personality: Blaze is of special significance to Molly as Shaun let her borrow him to help combat the cold and wild pokémon when she was still new to Johto, so she's glad he's still here even though his trainer isn't. He's a highly loyal companion and although he misses his original trainer he's taking pretty quickly to Molly since they'd already developed a bond. Despite his high level he doesn't like battling and is in fact a bit of a coward and would rather run than fight if given the choice, so Molly lets him sit out on most fights, much like Shaun did - Blaze is a sweet companion and doesn't need to be pushed to be more than that, even if he can and will fight when commanded.

Musharna, "Bella"

Personality: Like Blaze, Bella prefers to relax at her trainer's side rather than fight, even though she obeys and follows without question when asked. Although she too misses her original trainer she can see a similarity between Molly and Shaun, since they're both frequently plagued by nightmares; Bella takes it upon herself now to ensure that Molly sleeps as well as possible and in general provides a gentle and soothing presence on the team.

Personality: Much like you'd expect from his nickname, Sunny's kind and cheerful in that lap dog kind of way. He's positive and upbeat, but that also means he takes negativity kind of personally and can be haughty and petty in the face of it. He's not really a fighter and much prefers playing around.

Personality: Cheerful. Has a tendency to spark slightly when especially excited or happy. He tends to keep his head down for the most part though, being pretty modest about any achievements, but will stick with the tried and true - can be a bit close minded when it comes to new things.

Personality: A gift from Lightning, Molly is already fond of this kitty for that very reason. Although like a lot of cats she likes spending a lot of time lazing around and not doing much, she's highly creative and intelligent with a sharp mind for problem solving - when she chooses to bother, that is. Since evolving she's become particularly fond of taking up more space than she really needs to, but she's fine being used as a pillow, so neither Molly nor the rest of the team really minds her sprawling when she's snoozing.

Personality: Very in tune to the moods around her and her surroundings, she's very perceptive and observant as a result. Despite this she frequently gets lost in her own head - she can be an absent-minded dreamer, and even if she makes sure to not get too lost in her imagination, it's a frequent thing. She's relaxed and dependable.

It means she can be pretty hurtful without meaning to, and she is good at heart, but she's bad at saying sorry.

Personality: Highly clingy and with a probably predictable penchant for heights but also places to hide and burrow into, Max doesn't like sitting still. Like Aria (who he gets along with very well), he's not the most confident flier, and so prefers to climb high up to give himself a boost. Once in the air however you've got a difficult time coaxing him down.

Personality: A pony with a sweet tooth, Molly caught her by luring her with treats, making Chili now forever infatuated with treats of all kinds. She's a little skittish however, and easily startled; likely a remnant of her life in the wild. As far as the name goes, Chie suggested Chili and Kirikou suggested Savannah, and in the end Molly couldn't really pick so chose both names as a double name for her, but in the end she often calls her Sweet Chili because of her sweet if somewhat pushy disposition.

Personality: A dancer in deer form, Julia is graceful and always on the move, but in a careful, almost dainty looking way. She's very fast when she needs to be though and can put down a lot of moves in a surprising amount of time, even if her slight frame doesn't give her that much oomph behind each individual one. She looks like a princess but there's that feeling that she has a rebel phase inside her.

Cottonee, "Dandelion"

Personality: He might be more closely related to cotton, but the way he floats about all the time makes him look like a dandelion puff. Dandelion is a pretty relaxed, lazy pokémon, who is content to just drift on the winds in his own carefree way and rarely touches ground unless asked or to sleep. He also sheds a lot. Thunder thinks it's great.
