[Hello network! Have a bright looking Molly, sitting cross-legged on what looks like the floor of her hotel room, with the side of the bed as a backdrop. Curled up in her lap is an adorable very recently hatched Amaura, who is nonetheless quite alert and looking up at Molly as she sets the video up.]

-- okay, there.

[She sits back and waves, and then pets the ice dinosaur, looking down at him.]

Look! It's so cool that there are dinosaurs here. Even if they're not really dinosaurs.

He took a long time to hatch so I wonder if he'll grow really slowly too. And then get really big.

[Ice dino makes a soft noncommitical (probably) sound. Molly is lost in amazement that she now owns an ice dino for like a second before she looks up at the video again with another kind of smile; a more searching, curious one.]

Okay, I wanted to ask something. I know a lot of people have a lot of pokémon, but you can only have six with you, right? So you put the rest in the computer.

Does anybody know what it's like for them there? People told me that time stops back home when we're here so maybe it's kind of like that for them?

I have six now and it's so weird to think about putting them somewhere that isn't really here.

And how do you pick which ones to put in there anyway?

[Another little pause,]

Hiya Molly! Congrats on your egg finally hatching! If that dinosaurs grows up anything like Cerbee did, then it will get pretty big. Though it takes them a little while to actually get strong enough to evolve, but it's super worth it!

[Jimmy offers the screen a wave with his good hand. Now that he's actually on video it's easy to see that his left arm is bound in a cast and sling, so he's really got no choice but to stay indoors. He seems to be in a hotel room himself as his Lopunny holds his Gear so he can talk to Molly freely. He's lounging between two dogs at the moment, Leader the Manectric on his right, and Lucius the Houndoom on his left.]

I've got a whole buncha' Pokemon now, and a lot of 'em stay back in Goldenrod at the Circus when I'm not home. But I do have a lot of others in the PC, since there's no way I could really fit everyone in the tent. I don't think they mind it much, though!

I usually switch out the Pokemon on my team a lot, and I keep the ones I'm training at the moment with me. Leader's the only exception cause I like to keep him with me all the time.

_{[She waves right back at him, a big smile in place since she's always happy to hear from him.]}

Yeah ... I don't think I could go anywhere without Aria now. But it's not fair to play favorites.

_{[Said with the conviction of a child who has been told this by someone.]}

What kind of Pokemon is that?

[That's the first thing he asks, mostly because that isn't something he's come across in his recent pokemon reading yet. That probably has everything to do with the fact that Amaura is a relatively new species to Johto.

...also it's adorable, but that's a completely different topic.]

_{[No it's a completely relevant topic, and one that probably can't be ignored from the way this one tilts his head a bit at the gear. Like. Try to resist.]}

It's an Amaura! They have rock and ice powers.

I getcha! It's good to have at least one stronger Pokemon with you though, just in case. Plus, it helps when you want to raise baby Pokemon faster!

[Give him a moment as he counts off on his fingers, mouthing names as he does.]

I haave...34 now! Not all of them belong to me, though.

He seems pretty quiet. He's not...very, ah...energetic?

[He's asking for science. Also energetic isn't at all the right word, but he doesn't want to scare Molly or something.]

He only just hatched.

Besides, Ember was really sleepy at first too.

Well! When you battle with Pokemon, they get experience! But if you've got a Pokemon that's not very strong, you can send them out first and let them battle just a little bit. Then if you switch to a stronger Pokemon and win, both will get experience from the battle!

[He nods, grinning.]

It is! But I've been here a year now, so I guess I just couldn't help getting more. I've got a couple eggs now actually that I'm waiting on to hatch.

[..ah.]

I see...I'm sorry for all of the questions, but...do you think you could you tell me what your Pokedex says about Amaura?

[How does he... it's a child. Why is he responding to a child? ... Because she asked a technical question, that's why.]

Usually I... keep the ones on me that I'm trying to train. Some of mine are... lagging behind in training, so it's those that I'm trying to catch up with the others.

They probably don't even really notice that they're in the computer, for the most part. Time probably does seem to stop for them. I haven't noticed them being bothered by it.

[Though whether he'd notice if they were bothered is questionable.]

Huh... I don't know what it's like. Maybe I'll ask one of mine and see if they tell me.

[At the very least, they can make it obvious if it's a nice experience and, at best, his psychic types might even give him a better impression.]

Anyway, I usually just try to give everyone an equal turn out of the PC, especially if I've been spending a lot of time with some of them! I think they don't mind- it's kind of like a rest.

I just switch mine out of the computer a lot, they don't seem to mind it.

[HE minds it, it's weird and he still doesn't entirely trust computers.]

I live in a house now, though, and I can have as many out as I want when I'm there.

Yeah, th' dinos seem t'grow kinda slow. They probably get real big, though.

[His Tyrunt had leveled fairly quickly just by dint of being Impmon's go-to attacker, but it seemed to learn new moves a little slower. Who knew when it would've evolved, though ~~IF HE STILL HAD ONE.~~]

[But moving on.]

An' I'd say keep your partner with ya, and cycle through the others as often as possible, if you really gotta have more'n six.

Even if time stops for 'em, losing time ain't fun.

Naah, there are some people here who have way more Pokemon than I do. Plus, I think the Safari Zone is kinda already like one anyway.

_{[Watch her latch onto that one thing and excuse her for taking it probably more literally than intended.]}

Can you talk to them?

[Okay, that's...a relief. He was hoping that would be the case.]

_{[But actually wait no it makes sense. She hadn't reflected on it much but obviously when her and Shaun had had some of their pokémon out it had sometimes been more than six of them, and then Jimmy had a LOT of them in his circus tent.]}

_{[Yeah watch her go straight for that. Something in his wording stands out. And time loss is a real possibility to her, so she latches onto such phrasings more and more.]}

_{[She nods, tabbing back to his screen and looking down at her Amaura again. He's tilting his head a little at her, so she strokes him on the neck.]}

I don't think it can. You know, normally. But they have so much stuff here. Like the pokéballs and the computers. So I guess they could come up with it.

[But his poker face is just so flawless!]

I- maybe? What's it matter if I did? Y'don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure it'd suck, havin' it suddenly be months later.

Even if I had- and I'm not sayin' I did! I got more important stuff to worry about.
