... did everybody get their powers back?

[A video that's short and sweet and shows cautious excitement, but also a trace of fear.]

It's not another dream, right?

[Action anywhere: Guess who REALLY LIKES HAVING HER POWER BACK? It's Molly. She's gonna be leaning back against a tree with her knees drawn up and her Johto and Kanto map books against her legs, flipping through and marking stuff that follows some kind of logic that's not immediately apparent.]

[That is, when she's not just looking around somewhat anxiously - she's confident she'll find her way back since she can see people again, but she still doesn't like the shifting world all that much. It's unpredictable. She could end up anywhere, and she does; the shifting routes can lead you pretty stray even when you're just trying to get back to Goldenrod.]

[He is excited! ...But there are so many mixed feelings about having his powers back. Rin can't help but look over his shoulder, just in case. But if Molly is happy, there's no reason to put a rainy cloud on her parade!]

No way is it a dream! But I think something like this happened before? [He's not 100% sure...Well, anyway:]

So? If you're askin' 'bout powers, that means that you've got something special! What is it?

_{[She laughs, and waves at him when she picks the gear up. She's always happy to hear from him and she's been reassured enough to accept this for what it is right now.]}

It's not that special. I can find people, anywhere in the world. I just have to think about them.

[Of course he's going to wave back and flash her a familiar smile, if a bit more feral looking than before. Goodness, Molly, if that isn't the most adorable yet omnipotent power in the world...]

That's super special! With you around, no one would ever get lost!

_{[... yeah she gets in trouble for having this power a lot whoops]

[She giggles though, flattered at the positive attention.]}

It doesn't work on places! Just people. But it helps sometimes.

I could see where you are right now if I wanted.

Really? Then find me! Were you helpin' people out a lot with your powers?

[She seems okay about having those powers back, but he can't help but sound worried as he poses his next question.]

Your powers were okay to use back in your home, right?

_{[Something a little conflicted crosses over her face at the question, but she nods when she looks away from the gear momentarily to flip through a few pages in her book.]}

Yeah, it's okay. I had to keep it secret though.

Okay, wait ...

_{[She closes her eyes in concentration. Without looking, she's turning more pages and searching something out.]}

You're in Goldenrod. It's the hotel. On the third floor. The door says ... 347.

The room's kinda small ... and there's a gray dog pokémon at your feet, and the curtains are drawn.

_{[Her eyes visibly move even through her eyelids, but she smiles a little.]}

He's cute. He's yawning.

_{[Blinking her eyes open, she marks the spot on the map with an X.]}

[Isn't that always the story when kids have super powers? He can understand that far too well. Though it would be easy to say, "I had to keep mine a secret too," it's not something he thinks needs to be brought up now.

ESPECIALLY NOT WHEN SHE ACCURATELY DESCRIBES THE EXACT LOCATION - INCLUDING HIS LITTLE POOCHY. HE ACTUALLY LOOKS DOWN TO SEE POOCHY JUST ENDING HER LITTLE YAWN.]

Whoa! You got the room right and everything! You really could find someone if they were lost! - Oh, but don't let Poochy know you thought she was a boy. She might try 'n take a bite outta ya!

_{[She smiles widely as her expression clears and she refocuses on the gear, and then lets out an apologetic laugh at the mistaken gender of the dog.]}

Okay, sorry! I'll remember.

_{[She angles the gear and shows him the spot she marked, then she closes the book and puts it in her backpack.]}

Sometimes the maps help. But I can see pretty far without them if I want.

[~~NERD ALERT.~~]

Don't worry too much about it. I'm just teasin' ya! Poochy doesn't bother biting anyone except me.

[He nods in approval. She should keep her book safe, especially if it helps her focus her abilities. He has a thousand questions, but they can wait. ]

You've got a good power, Molly.

_{[Her smile softens at the compliment and she nods again. It's ... really nice to hear, after all the trouble it's caused her lately, and people telling her she shouldn't use it or talk about it.]}

I've really missed it.

_{[Just a touch subdued. Just a touch.]}

[He can tell that she's not used to hearing such a compliment. It was pretty heartbreaking, actually. Okay, well, he's going to have to punt heartbreak in the face.]

Well, duh, you'd miss being able to see everything like that! You musta felt blind without 'em.

_{[She's heard a few times that her power is amazing and important and good, but that was before she was almost killed again and then everybody got really worried about her using it. It's that people are worried and want her to be safe, but it's difficult to deny something she can do and that she likes doing, too.]

[So Rin's belief that it's not only a good power, but that she could help people with it, that makes her happy.]

[And then he just GETS it too, and she nods in agreement. She does feel blind.]

[She's quick to perk up too though, and she nods again.]}

Yeah! It's not far. I know how to get to where you're staying. I can come over if you want.

[He understands far too well. Everyday he's in Johto without his powers, he feels stunted. It's no fun at all! See, he gets it. Molly's a great kid and it's only been confirmed 100% more.

But still, he hesitates for a moment too long at the mention of meeting up. Now? Would it be okay? He can see the good in everyone but himself. ]

Ah - haaa, I was thinking we could meet at National Park? [At least that way, if Molly is afraid, she won't feel trapped.]

_{[... aw Rin. Rin. Molly doesn't really pick up on the fact that he feels unsure - or she does, but not what he's unsure about, so while she looks at him uncertainly for a moment she's quick to accept his proposed spot.]}

Okay, sure.

_{[She stands up and starts putting the rest of her stuff in her backpack, then gives him a cheeky smile.]}

You don't even have to say where in the park. I'll find you anyway.

[NOPE. FEELINGS ARE GETTING PUNTED TO THE SIDE. RIGHT NOW.

Rin's laugh is a little more genuine this time around. He stands up and stretches, bones creaking just a bit. Poochy opens one bleary eye to watch him move around before getting up herself and sitting by his feet.]

Fine, fine. I'll be waiting there with Poochy!

Okay!

_{[Click!]

[And she'll just gather all her things and get Jay the Amaura out of his pokéball as she heads for the park, so she has some company.]

[Like she predicted, it's not difficult to find Rin at all. He gets there before her since he was closer by, but she doesn't have to really search for him since she knows how to get to him when she looks for him in her head.]

[So when she's close enough to be heard, she calls out and waves.]}

Rin! Hi!

Yo! What's up?

[He walks closer to her, Poochy following not far behind. It's a suspiciously beautiful day outside - and honestly, Rin's not going to look this gift horse in the mouth. Let the weather be beautiful! He'll have to ask her some time about how exactly her powers work. They were so mysterious! Rin's had time to collect himself during the walk. Whatever was bothering him before, doesn't seem to be making an impression on him now.]

_{[And of course she doesn't really think about it since she's just happy to see him, so she skips up to him and bumps into his side in a friendly greeting when she smiles up at him.]}

Meeting you!

_{[Rin you SILLY.]}

[She bumped him? She BUMPED him? The only proper response to that is for Rin to pretend that her innocent little bump has sent him falling to the ground in a heap of limbs - and tail.]

Your hidden super strength defeated me before we got to "hello"!!

_{[She immediately laughs and pounces on him, making to sit across his stomach to make it clear that she OBVIOUSLY WON. Also, it's a good stance for a few quick tickles.]}

Hello Rin! Hello!

_{[All cheek as she keeps lauging. YOU BROUGHT THIS UPON YOURSELF.]}

_{[and then she does notice the tail, when she sits back and looks at him.]}

Woah! What's that?

[Molly be prepared to be suddenly lifted from the ground and held up high and away from any of Rin's tickle spots. He's definitely a thousand times more chipper than he was over the 'gear.]

What's what? My face?

[Did he miss something when he brushed his teeth? DOES HE HAVE BROCCOLI IN HIS TEETH?!]

_{[She squeals when she's lifted and squirms to be let down, holding onto his arms for stability, but just starts laughing again at the way he's playing with her.]}

No!!

_{[But now she's too preoccupied trying to break free from the grip to actually elaborate on that.]}

[He's a giant klutz, but he wouldn't dare drop Molly - on purpose.]

Hah? You're too high up; I can't hear you!

[If he could lift her higher, he would. But for now he just keeps her out of reach unless she says otherwise.]

_{[She kicks a little and reaches down to tickle him again in an effort to let her go - not actually hurting him, just throwing her weight around to make it more difficult for him.]}
