[Throwing a smile at Jimmy, she very carefully strokes a finger down the Treecko's side, but just once, and then she hugs her Growlithe pair closer to herself again.]
I think it's cute. I already have a lizard though.
[Not seriously meant, she never meant to catch it really, but it's still a little teasing.]
[He laughs, watching as the Treecko makes a soft little chittering sound at the contact, closing its eyes.]
Yeah, me too...I don't mind if it hangs around for a bit though. Maybe it'll end up leaving once the rain stops?
[He shrugs, reaching out himself to gently pet the top of the lizard's head similar to the way Molly did, earning himself another little noise from the Pokemon.]
[Now when she's been awake for a bit, she feels contentedly dozy again, in that nice, day-off kind of way. Maybe it's cause the Treecko is looking a little sleepy too.]
I don't think we should go until the rain stops either. It's nice in here.
[The Pokemon doesn't seem to mind, just rolling over on its other side before curling back up again.]
Yeaaah, I guess you're right! We should still prolly wait until the rain stops though...but I don't think it'll keep up much longer. And if it does, well. A little water never hurt anybody, right?
[He scoots over so he can see her Gear too, landing the Treecko somewhere between them and their legs. It doesn't seem bothered though, mostly because it's fallen fast asleep by now.]
[What a cute lizard. Molly grins and leans into Jimmy a bit and starts firing the angry Pidgeys into the Spoink structures, landing her a pretty decent score before she hands the gear over with an "okay, your turn".]
[He follows suit, taking the Gear in his hands while the rain continues to fall softly outside. Jimmy lets out a small noise of frustration when his own score falls just short of what hers was.]
[There's a pleased giggle from her end when she takes the gear back for a second go - because out of three, obviously - but doesn't answer other than with a tricksy smile as she gets to work, this time scoring lower, but not by that much. She can blame Blaze butting his head into her arm.]
[When she hands the gear back again, she adds, all tease,] What do I get when I win?
[She grins at him when she takes the gear back for her presumably final attempt.]
Alright! Best of three, right?
[Just confirming that before she starts guiding the Pidgeys, this time just beating her initial score even though that's quite a ways from her actual high score.]

It's uuh...8:30, so still pretty early. I don't think the sun's come up all the way yet.
no subject
It's not even early anymore! Why are you still tired?
no subject
[He retorts, chuckling as he pulls his hand back from the Treecko so he can push his Gear back into his bag.]
I'm surprised you don't wanna sleep in till noon with how much walking we did yesterday.
no subject
Then we'd be wasting the whole day.

We could play cards or something while we wait.

[She reaches over and digs around for her backpack, then gets her Gear out, waving it around a little to draw Jimmy's attention to it.]
I'm challenging you to Angry Pidgeys! Highest score wins.

Aw geez...have you been practicing?

[Jimmy ponders her question as he takes his turn, this time matching her score almost exactly. He only ends up ahead by a few dozen points.]
Well, how aboout...whoever wins gets to decide where we go in the Safari Zone first!

Alright! Best of three, right?

[He watches while she plays, looking back over at their little Treecko visitor with a soft chuckle.]
Aww look...it must have been really tired. It's fast asleep.
no subject
[Just idly, as she hands the gear back over, and leans forward to take a look at the sleeping lizard, making a soft 'aw' sound as it breathes easy.]

Ooh you should! Lizards are great. Plus, she's super cute. Or him.
no subject
[He looks back down at the Gear then, grinning.]
Hey- I think you won, Molly!
no subject
[There's a pleased little laugh at that, and again when he admits defeat. She sits back triumphantly, the Growlithe pair shifting subtly, snoozing.]
Yes!
What are we gonna have for breakfast?
